Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of this website and any service you have done by Exxtreme Power Sports of Central Texas LLC ("Exxtreme," "we," "us"), 110 Chamberlain Drive, Kingsland, TX 78639. By using this website or leaving a machine with us for service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and performance modifications for ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft, at our shop and, where practical, on-site. Service hours are Tuesday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM and Saturday 11 AM–3 PM. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
2. Estimates and Authorization
No repair work is performed without the customer's authorization. Estimates are good-faith approximations based on what we can see at the time. If we find additional problems once work begins, the final cost may differ from the estimate; we will contact you for approval before doing additional work. You are responsible for diagnostic charges for work you authorized, even if you decline the repair.
3. Parts
We use OEM factory parts. If you ask us to install parts you supply yourself, we do not warranty those parts, and we are not responsible for failures caused by them.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full when the work is complete, before the machine is released. We accept the payment methods posted at the shop. Under Texas law, we may retain possession of a machine until charges for work you authorized are paid, and unpaid accounts may be subject to a mechanic's lien and related remedies.
5. Pickup, Delivery, and Storage
Pickup and delivery are free within a 40-mile radius of the shop; longer distances are quoted in advance. Please pick up your machine promptly when we notify you it is ready. Machines left after notice may be charged reasonable storage fees and handled as provided under Texas law. Remove personal belongings before drop-off; we are not responsible for personal items left in or on a machine.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. The specific warranty terms for your job are those stated on your invoice. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, racing or competition use, lack of maintenance, or parts and work supplied by others.
7. Performance Modifications
Performance modifications are done at the owner's direction and risk. Modifications can affect a manufacturer's factory warranty, and modified machines may not comply with emissions or on-road requirements. It is the owner's responsibility to use a modified machine lawfully.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
9. This Website
The content and photos on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Reviews displayed here are genuine reviews posted about us on Google. Information on this website, including services offered, may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this website is a binding price quote — call us for current pricing.
10. Your Information
Information you give us by phone, text, or in person is used to provide service and communicate with you about your machine. We do not sell your personal information.
11. Changes; Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted here is the current one. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
